Turkey drumsticks stuffed with apples and plums

Turkey is one of the healthiest and most savoury meat types, if cooked correctly. Here we offer a mix of meat and fruit that you surely will not miss.

Preparation

    • Firstly, debone the drumsticks and add salt to them. After that, place the previously chopped apples and plums where the bone was.
    • Preheat the oven at 180º while sticking the drumsticks together with the help of some skewers. After that, put the tray inside the oven with a jet of oil and let the drumsticks roast for about 50 minutes.
    • Slice the excess of apple and brown it in a pan.
    • After the 50 minutes, take the drumsticks from the oven, take the skewers and chop the drumsticks in half.

Presentation

You can place the drumsticks with the apple slices on a plate. Besides, you can accompany it with basmati rice.
