Preparation The first thing to do is chopping the vegetables in a relatively small fashion so they are proportional to the skewer. After that, stick a chunk of breast, another one of pepper, another one of onion, another one of courgette, etc. until completing the skewer. The next thing to do is preparing the seasoning, if you want to add it (do not prepare it if you do not like it). You can prepare the seasoning in very different ways: oil with spices for barbecue, oil with thyme or rosemary, etc. Then, distribute the skewers on a platter and add the seasoning. Let the seasoning macerate (you should do it the night before). Finally, put the skewers on the grill and turn them once and again so they are properly browned. Presentation The skewers can be accompanied by chips or wild rice.
