Preparation Brown the Selecta pork shoulder in plenty of oil. Place the Selecta pork shoulder, the onions, the tomato and the diced garlic on a high oven tray. Add the rest of the ingredients and marinate for 4 hours. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, put the tray inside and cook for 25 min.Turn the meat over and cook for another 25 min. Remove the Selecta pork shoulder together with the herbs and mash until you have an homogeneous sauce. Check the salt and rectify if needed. Fillet the pork shoulder and add the sauce, heat everything and it will be ready to serve. Presentation Place the shoulder on a wooden board with a few herbs around and accompany it with mashed potatoes.
