Preparation Start by peeling the onions and the apples. Cut the onions in Julienne strips and cut the apples into wedges. Meanwhile, preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Chop the chicken to your liking and season with salt and pepper. Then, place it on an oven tray and add a jet of olive oil together with the orange juice, the onion and the apple wedges.
