Preparation The first thing to do is adding salt and pepper to our free-range chicken after being chopped. You can ask your butcher to do it for you if you find it difficult to chop it. Slice an onion in julienne strips and add it to the casserole. Turn on the oven at about 180º. After 10 minutes, put the chicken seasoned on the onion bed and pour a jet of olive oil and half of the glass of wine on it. Fifteen minutes later, add the Golden Delicious apples (sliced in quarters and without the core). Add the remaining wine and let everything roast for about 35 minutes. When the chicken is roasted –that is, when you stick a fork and a pink-like almost transparent juice comes out– the casserole will be ready. Presentation In the middle of a plate, put two chicken servings with the apples on the one side and the potatoes on the other.
