Preparation Start by preparing the spicy sauce by slicing the garlic and the onion. Mix the garlic, the onion and the jalapeño peppers together with the tomato sauce and smash everything thoroughly until obtaining an homogeneous mix. Put the mix in the pan and let it cook on a low fire for 10 minutes. Add the vinegar and salt. Once the sauce is ready, turn the fire off and put it aside. In a pot, boil the water before adding the rice. Meanwhile, dice the turkey, dress it with salt and parsley and start sautéing it in a pan. When the water is boiling, add the rice and let it cook for about 12 minutes. When the diced turkey is almost ready, lower the fire and add the spicy sauce. You might want to put the sauce in a bowl just in case somebody does not like hot sauces. Whenever the rice is ready, remove the pot from the fire and put it in three moulds for an original side. Presentation On a long board, place the diced turkey with the spicy sauce and the rice with the mould shape. You can add some fine herbs of your choosing as ornaments.
